Think of Malovex as the layer between your suppliers and your shop:

  • Pulls in supplier feeds. Connect a supplier and Malovex fetches its catalog on a schedule, keeping product data, prices, and availability current.
  • Builds one clean catalog. Products from different suppliers are matched, de-duplicated, and organised into your own category tree with your own attributes.
  • Applies your pricing. Turn supplier cost into your selling price with price rules, customer groups, currency conversion, and a price basis you control.
  • Publishes to your store. Export a tidy catalog through the API, mapped to your SKU patterns and localised per store — and get notified of changes through webhooks.

  2. Sync runs on a schedule. Malovex fetches the feed and imports products, prices, and stock. How often it runs depends on your plan.

  3. Shape your catalog. Match products to masters, organise categories, map manufacturers, and override any content per store.

  4. Set your pricing. Define price rules and customer groups so cost prices become your selling prices.

  5. Publish and integrate. Your storefront reads the finished catalog through the Connector API and stays up to date via webhooks.
