Plans & Add-ons
Every Malovex plan sets a generous set of limits, but you don’t have to change plans the moment one gets tight. On the priced dimensions you can buy add-on capacity that sits on top of your plan. This page covers what each plan includes and how add-ons are priced.
Plan limits
Section titled “Plan limits”Each plan caps ten dimensions. Here’s how they compare:
| Limit | Starter | Pro | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|
| Products | 10,000 | 100,000 | 1,000,000 |
| Supplier feeds | 3 | 15 | 100 |
| Stores | 1 | 5 | 100 |
| Sub-users (seats) | — | 5 | 50 |
| Categories | 50 | 500 | 5,000 |
| Product customizations | 100 | 1,000 | 100,000 |
| Export attributes | 100 | 1,000 | 5,000 |
| Customer groups | 1 | 10 | 100 |
| Price rules | 10 | 50 | 500 |
| Webhook endpoints | 1 | 10 | 100 |
Enterprise limits are set with our team and can differ from the standard ceilings above.
Add-ons
Section titled “Add-ons”Four dimensions can be topped up with add-ons — the rest are simply included capacity on each plan. Add-on unit prices are the same on every plan, and the capacity you buy stays with you if you change plans.
| Add-on | Price (excl. VAT) | Buy in blocks of |
|---|---|---|
| Products | €15 / month | 10,000 products |
| Supplier feeds | €15 / month | 1 feed |
| Stores | €10 / month | 1 store |
| Seats (sub-users) | €10 / month | 1 seat |
For example, if you’re on Pro (100,000 products) and buy two product add-ons, your effective limit becomes 120,000 products for €30/month on top of your plan.
Buying and adjusting add-ons
Section titled “Buying and adjusting add-ons”Add-ons are managed on the Billing & Usage page, under Add-on capacity:
- Increase capacity and it’s available immediately, charged prorated for the rest of the billing cycle.
- Decrease capacity and it takes effect at your next renewal (you keep what you paid for until then). A reduction is blocked if you’re currently using more than the lower amount would allow.
See Billing & Usage for the step-by-step.
Add-ons vs. upgrading
Section titled “Add-ons vs. upgrading”- Add-ons are best for topping up one or two dimensions — a bit more product headroom, an extra store, another supplier feed.
- Upgrading a plan is better when you need more across the board, faster sync, or a limit that isn’t an add-on dimension (categories, attributes, customer groups, price rules, or webhooks).
Faster sync frequency comes only with a higher plan — Daily on Starter, every 6 hours on Pro, every 15 minutes on Enterprise — and can’t be bought as an add-on.
