My Profile
My Profile is where you manage your own account details — separate from your company’s billing and team settings. Open it from the account menu in the top-right corner.
Your details
Section titled “Your details”- Name — edit it freely; this is how you appear to your teammates.
- Email — shown here but locked. To change the email address on your account, contact support.
Changing your password
Section titled “Changing your password”-
Enter a new password and confirm it in the second field.

Enter your current password — Malovex asks for it to confirm it’s really you before saving any change to your profile.

Save. You’ll be notified by email whenever your password changes, so you always know if it wasn’t you.
Two-factor authentication
Section titled “Two-factor authentication”You can secure your account with two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator app (TOTP), such as the ones on your phone.
- Set it up from your profile: scan the code with your authenticator app and enter the generated code to confirm.
- Malovex gives you recovery codes when you enable 2FA — store them somewhere safe. They let you back into your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.
