Cancel or Change Plan
You can move between plans, cancel, and resume entirely self-serve from the Billing & Usage page (owner-only). This page walks through each flow.
Change your plan
Section titled “Change your plan”-
Open Billing & Usage under Settings.
-
Select Change plan.
-
Choose the plan you want and confirm.
What happens next depends on the direction:
Upgrading
Section titled “Upgrading”Moving up — Starter → Pro — applies immediately. Your new, higher limits take effect right away, and you’re billed for the upgrade (Pro has no trial, so payment is taken now). Upgrading also cancels any downgrade you’d previously scheduled.
Downgrading
Section titled “Downgrading”Moving down — Pro → Starter — is scheduled for your next renewal. Your current plan keeps running until then; nothing changes today, and you keep what you’ve already paid for.
Cancel a scheduled downgrade
Section titled “Cancel a scheduled downgrade”Once a downgrade is scheduled, a banner shows the target plan and the date it applies. To call it off and stay on your current plan, select Cancel scheduled downgrade. Nothing was changed yet, so this simply keeps you where you are.
Enterprise changes
Section titled “Enterprise changes”Enterprise plans are set up and adjusted by our team. Selecting Enterprise on the plan chooser sends us an enquiry and we’ll be in touch; moving off Enterprise also goes through support rather than self-serve.
Cancel your subscription
Section titled “Cancel your subscription”-
Open Billing & Usage.
-
Select Cancel subscription.
-
Optionally tell us why you’re leaving — pick a reason and add a comment. This is entirely optional and never blocks the cancellation.
-
Confirm.
Cancelling doesn’t cut you off immediately. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period (a grace period), and you can resume any time before then. Your data isn’t deleted.
Resume a cancelled subscription
Section titled “Resume a cancelled subscription”Changed your mind during the grace period? Open Billing & Usage and select Resume subscription. Billing continues on your normal schedule, and nothing was interrupted.
After the grace period
Section titled “After the grace period”If a subscription fully ends, Billing & Usage shows a prompt to reactivate. Your data is safe — add a payment method to pick up where you left off.
Update your payment method
Section titled “Update your payment method”To change your card, select Manage billing on the Billing & Usage page to open the secure billing portal.
For usage meters, invoices, and add-on capacity, see Billing & Usage. For plan and add-on prices, see Plans & add-ons.
